It&#8217;s amazing how many things I learned today. I&#8217;ve learned<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>how to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.manjulaskitchen.com\/2008\/05\/24\/how-to-make-paneer\/\">make Paneer<\/a> from just milk and lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>what the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indiacurry.com\/faqmilk\/whymozzarellamelts.htm\">difference between Mozarella, Paneer and Ricotta<\/a> is<\/li>\n<li>that the Dutch term <em>Karnemelk<\/em> actually means <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Buttermilk\">buttermilk<\/a> and not just <em>milk<\/em><\/li>\n<li>that gauze bandage does not work well as a replacement for a cheese cloth, but will instead result in a dense matter of cheese and cloth if used as such<dfn title=\"Medicine \/ Medizin\"><\/dfn><\/li>\n<li>that the whey that&#8217;s left after making Paneer is a delicious drink.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Life&#8217;s good!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wow.
